Fantastic stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua! Would like to specially mention Agus and Dwipa who we did a few boxing classes with. It was super fun and would definitely recommend. Pros: service overall is excellent, everyone was warm and friendly. Love the rooms, especially the pool access ones. Everything was extremely clean, even the outside areas. Cons: I would say the food can be improved and maintenance can be better

We had a private boxing lesson with Agus when we were at the resort! It was so good we went back everyday during our stay - Agus was an excellent trainer and taught us the techniques and was a very enthusastic trainer and made the lessons really fun! Would highly recommend the activities in particular the boxing classes to anyone who is staying at the resort! There are also plenty of other activities that they offer. Satria also took us during the warmups, and we had our lesson with Dwipa on the last day which was excellent as well and very intense! great training and we really enjoyed it! Also loved the pool access room.

incredible!!!! from the check in to the check out everything was so smooth the staff was more than welcoming and friendly and very professtional! the gym was highly advanced and they have great classes! i joined yoga class with coach "azril" he's so professtional!! the yoga was infront of the beach it was so relaxing and calming! my usual pains are much lessened when i did the yoga class with him! ive joined so many yoga classes but coach azril is something deffrent and awesome! the first thing im going to do when i come back is join the yoga class with coach azril. me and my family had a wondeful stay in the hotel! we're defintely coming back god bless you all🤍🙏🏽

Cucina is amazing. We had an amazing 5 star dinner and served by the lovey Lyra. She was so attentive to all our needs and was checking in to see if we were ok. She deserves a promotion so friendly and kind. Very good hostess.We will definitely be back.
